Any allotted rooms not taken will be released.

PAYMENT – It is the responsibility of each symposium participant to book and pay for
her/his own room. Credit card suggested.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours PRIOR TO START DATE IN WRITING

Any NO-SHOW will be charged one-night’s rate plus tax on the credit card used to hold the reservation. A reservation is deemed a NO-SHOW if no written cancellation has been received at the hotel 72 hours prior to arrival (before 3:00 PM), and the guest(s) does not arrive on the scheduled day of arrival.

A light continental breakfast is included with the motel rate.
